摘要
模拟试验研究了电缆接头复合介质沿面放电的机理 ,提出了解决电缆中间接头轴向防水问题的实用方案。结果表明 :①界面干燥、接触紧密以及涂抹硅脂可大幅提高界面沿面放电电压值 ;②采用镀锡铜编织网复合热熔胶取代电缆铜屏蔽层作轴向防水处理 ,可保障中间接头安全运行。
Surface discharge of composite dielectric in XLPE power cable joints is one of the fundamental reasons that caused joints breakdown, mechanism of surface discharge of composite dielectric has been studied and a new practical method for waterproof of power cable or joints in axis direction has been put forward in this paper.
