摘要 利用X射线对气体分子的电离作用 ,在一定电压下用一束X射线照射真空灭弧室 ,使灭弧室内产生电离电流。实验证明 ,电离电流与灭弧室真空压力之间具有对应关系 ,有助于真空灭弧室真空压力的检测。 The remainder molecules in the vacuum tube will be ionized by X-ray irradiation, the ionization current can be detected at a constant DC voltage. In this paper a new feature that the ionization current are related to the pressure inside vacuum tube of the vacuum switch is discovered by experience. This feature could be applicable to estimate the pressure of vacuum tube.
