电站热力系统故障的工程模块化智能诊断系统 被引量:2

摘要 借助STAR-90电站仿真技术在支撑系统、模型技术等方面的优势,建立了电站热力系统故障的工程模块化智能诊断原型系统。该系统充分继承了STAR-90仿真技术建模灵活方便、便于修改扩充等优点,可大大减轻故障诊断系统开发的工作量。介绍该系统的总体结构和功能,以及故障智能诊断的主要算法。以某具体热力系统故障诊断为例,给出故障智能诊断模型的设计实例。 The prototype system for intelligent fault diagnosis of the power station thermal systems is developed based on the STAR-90 power station simulation technology. The reuse of fault diagnosis knowledge and the fault diagnosis system development can be easily achieved. The main algorithms of intelligent fault diagnosis for the thermal systems based on modularized modeling method are explained. Example for fault diagnosis of the high-pressure heater system of a 300 MW unit is given.
