摘要
为配合国家西部大开发战略,实现贵州、云南、天生桥及三峡等向广东送电10GW目标,在相关项目的系统规划设计及研究过程中主要解决了以下问题:受端电网的无功及电压支撑问题;直流系统控制方式及直流系统恢复速度对系统的影响问题;受端电网无功负荷对受电能力的影响问题;500 kV交流线路故障清除时间对输电能力的影响问题以及送端电源相联对输电能力的影响等。
To meet the need of transmitting 10 GW power from the power source bases of Guizhou, Yunnan, Tianshengqiao and Three Gorges to Guangdong, in the procedure of the transmission plannig, designing and investigation, it reaches a solution on the aspects of: supporting of reactive power and voltage in the power shortage area;DC system control mode;DC system recovery strategy when there is a disturbance in AC system in the power shortage area;the impact of load power factor on the ability of receiving power in the power shortage area; the impact of fault clearing time of 500 kV transmission line on the transmission ability;the impact of interconnected or separated two power sources schemes on transmission ability. Therefore it guarantees the transmission planning, designing and investigating carried out with satisfaction.
