摘要
本文论述了依靠技术手段，转移高峰电力负荷（技术移荷，下同）的紧迫性、现实性及对策。它必将成为我国当前需求侧管理工作的重中之重。
This paper discusses the urgency, reality and countermeasure of shift peak load by technical way which will be the certianly center of gravity of DSM jobs in our country.
