透过江苏省常州供电局在市场经济中不断深化优质服务的经验,从理念满意、行为满意、视觉满意三个方面,论证 "客户满意 "是供电优质服务的永恒主题。
Through the experiences of excellent power services in Changzhou Power Supply Bureau, ' satisfaction of consumers' being the eternal subject of excellent power services is discussed. Three aspects, ' faith satisfaction' , ' behavior satisfaction' and ' vision satisfaction' , are involved.
