介绍了火箭发射卫星过程中星箭热耦合分析和热真空试验两种设计方法 ,具体介绍了综合应用计算和试验两种方法完成 CZ- 2 C/ SD火箭发射铱星任务的热环境和热控设计工作。首先 ,采用热网络分析法进行星 /箭热耦合分析 ,对上面级及卫星各点温度进行预测。其次 ,描述在我国首次进行的火箭上面级热真空试验。热分析和热真空试验相结合 ,圆满完成了 CZ- 2 C/ SD火箭的热环境设计任务。

A thermal couple analysis method and a thermal vacuum test method for CZ-2C/SD during launching Iridium satellite are described in detail. First, the satellite/vehicle thermal couple analysis by thermal network analysis method is introduced and every node temperature of the satellite distributor (SD) and the satellite is predicted. Second, the SD thermal vacuum test completed in China is described. Combining the results of the thermal analysis and the thermal vacuum test, the thermal control design of CZ-2C/SD is completed satisfactorily.
