摘要
针对 TCF5 0氢液化器的低温吸附器压差过大这一故障进行了详细的分析 ,根据故障现象对故障点进行初步判断并最终定位故障点。通过理论计算论证了活性碳互换的可行性 ,阐明了更换活性碳后对低温吸附器吸附量及传质区的影响 ,并通过对故障的生产进行了优化。
A detail analysis is made for the trouble of over big pressure difference of the cryogenic adsorber of TCF50 hydrogen liquefier.Apreliminary trouble shooting is made in terms of the appearance of themal function and the defect point is finally located.the feasibility of exchange of the activated charcoal is demonstrated by theoretical calculation.The effect of changing the activated charcoal on the adsorbing volume and the masstransfer is stated. And optimization is made to the production based on the conclusion of the trouble. The repairing method and procedure may be for reference for colleagues.
