摘要
我国改革与发展到今天 ,虽然取得了很大成就 ,但是深层次的矛盾和问题仍然没有解决 ,这就是社会主义市场经济体制没有建立在法制基础上。本文从政企不分问题入手揭示建立社会主义市场经济以法治为基础的必要性以及法治对效率、发展的作用 ,从而阐明市场经济与法治的关系。
So far great achievements have been made due to the reform and development.Inspite of the achievements,deeper contradictions and problems have not been solved.This is because that the system of exchange market is not established on the basis of ruling by law.The present paper,analyzing the problem of confusing politics and enterprises,discusses the necessity of establishing socialist exchange economy on the basis of ruing by law and the efect of ruling by law on the efficiency and development,brilliantly expounding the relation between the exchange economy and the rule by law.
