Chinas market economy is facing the unprecidented pressure with the developing and deepening of the reform.Being short of fund and powevful administration,the financial and deficit risk is increasingly revealed.The national financial risk has become the most serious macro economic risk.Effective measures have to be taken to protect and lessen the financial risk so that the economy can be steadily go on developing.
