摘要
本文通过对制约民营经济发展的内外部障碍进行剖析 ,从加强民营企业自身管理和营造有利于民营经济发展的外部环境两个方面对民营经济的进一步发展提出了对策和建议。
The essay analyses the internal and external obstacles which confine the development of the civilian-managing economy,then puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions from the standpoint of strengthening the internal management of the civilian-managing corporation and creating the external environment which does good to further developing civilian-managing economy.
