随着我国证券市场的不断发展和完善,中国的证券业正以惊人的发展速度在不断壮大,其发展前景十分良好。然而,我国证券业毕竟尚处于发展的初期,在发展中也遇到了许多问题和阻碍。我国证券业应积极采取例如①通过业内重组合并或增资扩股追求规模扩张;②开拓业务多元化和国际化;③开发适合我国证券市场的新的委托方式;④拓展券商融资渠道;⑤提高证券研究水平和质量;⑥树立正确的营销观念和竞争策略;⑦开发网络证券业务等措施来增强自身的实力和提高竞争能力,促使中国证券业向更高水平发展。

With the development and the perfection of the stock market in our country, China's securities business is growing so steadily at an astonishing speed that it surely has a very good prospect. However securities business in our country is still in its initial stage with many problems and hindrances. In order to enhance our own strength and competition, measures should be taken as follows: 1. enlargement through recombination inside the industry, capital increase or share expansion; 2.the multiplicity and internationalization of business; 3.exploitation of new methods of bond consignment; 4.expansion of financial means for securities dealers; 5. improvement of the bond research;6. establishment of correct marketing concepts and competition tactics; 7.development of stock exchange transaction.
