备课是教学的首要环节,是保证课堂教学质量的前提。备课要备思想观念,备教学大纲与教材,备学生,备教学方法,注重课后再备课。备课要跟着社会前进步伐走,备出时代特色。

Lesson-preparation is the link of the first importance in teaching and a guarantee for the teaching quality. Lesson preparation as a whole means preparing ideas and concepts, syllabus and textbooks, students and methods. The preparation of the post-class is by far the most important. Good lesson-preparation should be modern and characteristic.
