摘要
电压调整模块(VRM)是分布式电源系统(DPS)中的核心部件。本文对近几年提出的 VRM拓扑作一综述,主要介绍了准方波(QSW)工作方式同步整流 Buck 电路、有源箝位电感耦合 Buck 电路、推挽正激变换器等三种拓扑及它们的改进型拓扑结构和工作特点,同时介绍了交错并联(Interleaving)和内置输入滤波器(Built-in Input Filter)等新的概念和技术。
This paper presents an extensive survey of topologies used in Voltage Regulator Module (VRM).Three topologies such as Quasi-Square-Wave Synchronous Buck Rectifier,Active-Clamp Couple Buck Converter and Push-Pull Froward Con- verter and their improved structures proposed later years are mainly introduced.Some new techniques such as Inter- leaving and Built-in Input Filter are also introduced.
