TinySwitch-Ⅱ系列为国际上最新开发的第二代微型单片开关电源集成电路,它适合制作高效率、低成本、23W 以下的微型化开关电源,本文介绍其性能特点与工作原理。
TinySwitch-Ⅱ Family is internationally the second generation single-chip tiny switching power supply IC developed lately.It is suitable to make high efficiency,low cost,below 23W tiny switching power supply.In this paper,its characters of performance and principle of operation are introduced.
