摘要
介绍利用 Infineon 近年推出的新型器件系列 CoolMOS,OptiMOS,TDA16888和 SiC 肖特基二极管组装一个工作频率为200kHz,整机功率为200W 的符合环保要求的实用型开关电源并给出测试数据。
A new 200kHz and 200W environmental protection-based practical switching mode power supply which consists of In- fineon power products like CoolMOS,OptiMOS,TDAI6888 and SiC Schottky diode etc was introduced and the test results were given.
