摘要
着重介绍第三代单片开关电源 TOP-GX 系列芯片,该器件对 TOP-SwitchⅡ系列做了较大的改进,它不仅使输出功率扩展到250W,而且还增加了很多内置的以及用户可配置的功能,使得应用开发人员可以极其灵活地以最低的系统成本完成优化的电源设计。
This paper introduced the monolithic high power TOP-GX Switch IC family.It is greater improvement that the TOP- Switch-GX family than TOP switch-Ⅱ,and not only can be increased output power until 250W,but multi-function be increased now.And then,it can be used to design power supply easily for designer and has the lowest cost.
