摘要
文章以低压配电系统为例。通过电器、母线、电缆之间连接处和插接处超温原因分析 ,提醒注意保护电器额定电流、热脱扣整定电流和保护特性以及母线、电缆截面在设计时的正确选用。阐明按照低压电缆和低压电器各自技术标准要求 ,其低压绝缘电缆长期工作允许温度比低压电器接线端允许温度低 2 0~ 40 K;保护电器过载保护特性实际上很难与电缆过载特性合理配合。文章提出对连接处和插接处进行温度在线跟踪监控、保护新思路以及智能化温度监控、保护措施。
Taking a low power system for example,this article analyses the causation of over heat of contacts of apparatus,bus as well as cable,and gives advice to designers to pay attention to select parameters correctly in his design.In this article following standpoints are explained:the working temperature of low voltage cable is 20~40 K lower than low voltage apparatus connector at uninterrupted duty,according the technology standards of low voltage cable and apparatus;it is difficult to match overload protective characteristic of protective apparatus with that of cable.Consequently,it is necessary to detect and control the connector temperature on line.
