摘要
为改善城市照明效果、节约电能及降低损耗 ,研制了一种基于微处理器的高压断路器智能控制系统 ,它采用延时滤波消除环境照度尖峰干扰 (如闪电 ) ,利用模糊决策理论识别突变持续性干扰(如焊光、车灯 ) ,实现了可靠识别 ,并结合环境照度自动控制路灯变压器的通断 ,避免了断路器的抖动现象。该系统不仅适用于城市路灯控制 ,而且也可用于企事业单位内部照明控制。文中介绍了控制器的硬件结构及软件框图等 ,给出了实验结果及应用效果。
To improve the lighting effects of cities, save electric energy and reduce wastage, this paper develops a new intelligent control system of high-voltage breaker based on microprocessor. The system eliminates pulse interference, such as lightening, by delay filer, and recognizes persistent interference, such as lights of sweltering and cars, of environmental light based on fuzzy decision theory. It can recognize the interference reliably and turn on or off the transformer automatically according to the strength of environmental light, solving the trembling problem of breaker. It is suitable for not only the control of street lights but also the lighting of enterprises. This paper presents the hardware of the controller, some detection and protection circuits, software diagram, the experimental results and application.
