摘要
流媒体技术是一种无需等待音 /视频信息全部下载 ,可以随时连续传送和播放信息的传输技术。文中简要介绍了流媒体的基本技术原理及其压缩编码技术、最主要的几种网络传输协议和流媒体的主要传播方式 ,分析了传统视频告警系统的不足 ,提出了基于流媒体技术 ,由流媒体编码器、服务器和播放器构成的数字视频告警系统的实施方案。
Receiving audio and video information momentarily is available by streaming media-technology. This paper introduces the basic principles of streaming media technology and its compressing code techniques, network transmission protocols, and the main spread modes of streaming media. The blemish of the conventional video surveillance system is pointed out. Then the plan of a new streaming media technology based video surveillance system consisting of stream media codec, server and player is proposed.
