摘要
本文针对电力电缆绝缘挤出胀大现象 ,研究了加工工艺对挤出胀大率的影响 ,结果发现 :加工温度和挤出速率对挤出胀大率有较大的影响 ;同时研究了挤出胀大率对电力电缆各项性能的影响 ,发现减小挤出胀大率能够明显地提高其性能。最后提出了减小挤出胀大率的几种方法。
The study of the affection of the manufacturing process on the extrusion swelling ratio of insulation in power cable showed that the temperature and extrusion rate had great affection on the extrusion swelling ratio of insulation. The study of the affection of swelling ratio of insulation on cable performance showed that the decrease in swelling ratio would greatly improve the cable performance. Methods to lower the swelling ratio are presented.
