针对家电产品所需要的成本低廉、运行可靠 ,体积小、同时简化结构、简化工艺 ,便于大批量生产等特点 ,本文所论述的空调换新风驱动用无位置传感器无刷直流电动机 ,为采用稀土永磁材料外转子结构无位置传感器无刷直流电动机 ,不仅可用于空调机新产品的开发 ,也可用于已生产、使用中的空调机增添换新风功能的改造 ,或应用于其它类似负载 (如风机等 )的驱动。

The sensorless brushless DC motor proposed in this paper for air refreshment in air conditioner has the merits of low cost,small size,concise structure,reliable operation,simple manufacturing technology which are much concerned in the application of domestic appliances.The motor has an out rotor that equipped with rare earth permanent magnet.And it is without any position sensor.It can be used in the new healthy air conditioner for air refreshment,also can be used to improve and modify old air conditioners to be with the capacity of air refreshment.Moreover,it has a bright prospect in other applications with fan load.
