摘要
依据强电离放电装置的特点 ,研制成介质阻挡强电离放电产生高浓度臭氧用脉宽调制型 (PWM) 2 0 k Hz大功率高压逆变电源装置 IGBT。试验证明 :它可使产生的臭氧体积质量由 2 0 g/ m3提高到 2 5 0 g/ m3,而且减小了强电离放电产生高浓度臭氧装置的体积。该电源的结构及运行稳定性皆优于传统的逆变电源。
A kind of the power supply of high voltage inverter, which are used in strong ionization discharge of dielectric barrier to produced high concentration ozone, is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of strong ionization discharge, the high-voltage inverter power supply of pulse width modulation (PWM) with 20 kHz and large power has been developed. The experimental result shows that the power supply is used to produce high-concentration ozone not only to increase the ozone concentration from 20 g/nm 3 to 250 g/nm 3 but also to decrease the volume of ozone device of high-concentration. At the same time, this power has advantages such as the simply structure and run stabilization in comparison to the conventional inverter power.
