本文将结合浴盆曲线的 3个阶段对金属化电容器的可靠性进行讨论。使用失效率直方图辨识产品失效模式。并针对不同的失效模式给出相应措施和建议。分析过程中介绍了威布尔分布的金属化电容器寿命数据处理方法和威布尔分布参数点估计的 GLUE方法。另外 。
Reliability of the metalized capacitor is discussed on the basis of three stages of the bathtub curve. The histogram of failure rate is used to identify the failure mode of the product, and some measures and suggestions are given for different failure modes. The data processing method of metalized capacitor life expectancy and GLUE method of parameter point estimation of Weibull distribution are introduced in the course of analyzing. In addition, stress accelerative ageing model is recommended to describe power capacitor ageing process.
