摘要
为了提高电网运行水平 ,满足用户对电压质量的要求 ,现代电网必须实行自动电压控制 (AVC)。这种自动电压控制方法建立在基于经济压差 (ΔUJ)概念实施计算的电网ΔUJ优化无功电压潮流的基础上 ,通过集中控制、分散控制或两者相结合的手段实现区域无功平衡和全网运行电压最优及网损最小。为了尽量提高 ΔUJ优化无功电压潮流调整的准确性 ,在电网自动电压控制中需要具有平滑调节出力功能的电容 (抗 )器组。
To improve network operation level and to meet consumer's requirement of voltage quality , automatic voltage control must be realized in the modern power network . This method is to calculate power network △U J optimized reactive voltage flow based on economic potential difference △U J conception. By means of concentrated control, dispersion control or both in combination, regional reactive balance,Optimization of the whole network operation voltage with lowest network loss are realized. To improve accuracy of △U J optmized reactive voltage flow adjustment, capacitor (Reactor)banks with smooth regulated output function are required in power network automatic voltage control.
