摘要
简要介绍了镇江供电局 2 2 0kV窦庄变电所 1 1 0kV母差保护在设计时存在的原理缺陷及该缺陷给电网运行造成的危害。结合运行经验 ,提出了改进的 4点基本要求 ,并在此基础上提出了改进方案和建议 ,分析了这些方案的优点和缺点 ,供保护装置改进时参考。选择了其中的一个方案在窦庄变电所 1 1 0kV母差保护装置中进行改进 ,并经过了近一年的运行 ,证明该改进方案和建议的合理性和可行性 ,满足了电网运行要求 ,达到了预期的效果。
The theoretical limitation in the 110 kV bus protection design of 220 kV Douzhuang Substation of Zhenjiang Power Supply Bureau and the harm brought by it to power network are briefly introduced.Combined with operation experience,four essential requirements and principles are brought forward.Based on that,the improvement schemes and suggestions are proposed,and the strongpoint and shortcoming of the schemes are analyzed,which can be used as reference in the improvement of protection devices.One of them is adopted in the improvement of bus protection at Douzhuang substation.With one year's running,its rationality and feasibility is proved,which meets the requirement of power network operation and realizes the expected effect.
