论文引入并分析了“电网在线”技术 ,探讨了这一技术在电力系统中运用的可行性。并结合电力通信的特点 ,对通信市场化运作提出了较为实际、客观的操作方案。

This paper discusses the main access technology“powernet”can be used in the communication network of electric power system.Then discusses some notices about the applications of powernet.Finally,gives a realistic plan of communication netnork system's commercial service.
