讨论电力系统谐波与无功补偿电容的关系。提出基于数字滤波器的谐波测量方案 ,并利用PLD技术实现。

The relationship between the power system harmonic and the value of var compensation capacitor is discussed. Design harmonic measurement plan based on digital filter is proposed. Realize it by programmable logic device. The design plan has real time properties and can enlarge measurement range easily.
