充电制度对MH/Ni电池性能的影响

摘要 AA型MH/Ni电池用 1C充电 6 3min的充电制度与传统的 1C充电 72min的充电制度相比 :在环境温度 15~ 2 5℃条件下 ,电池的循环寿命提高接近 1倍 ,电池的 1 2V以上放电容量提高了 4%左右。因此对于MH/Ni电池的最佳充电制度建议为 :1C充电 6 3~ 6 6min ,充电末期电池表面温度随时间的变化率控制为dQ /dt=1 5~ 2℃ /min。 It was found that the cycle life of AA size MH/Ni battery at 1C charging for 63 minutes was almost twice as that at 1C charging for 72 minutes conventionally and the discharging capacity above 1.2V was increased for 4.0% of that at 1 C charging for 72 minutes within 15-25℃. So it was suggested that the suitable charging for MH/Ni battery was at 1C charging for 63-66minutes and the battery temperature at surface in the last period of charging should be controlled within d Q/d t=1.5-2℃/min.
