摘要 通过三年多生产实践经验 ,结合锂离子蓄电池对其外包装材料在结构组成、阻隔性能、热封性能及延展性等方面的特殊要求 ,阐述对铝塑包装材料在生产中的设计与应用。提出了专用于锂离子蓄电池包装的冷压成型和折叠制袋等工艺 ,并讨论了实际生产应用中包装膜不同类型的内层热封层材料与热封区极耳相互配合的设计要求 ,最后对今后材料研究的手段和方法做了前瞻性的分析和估计。该项经验技术打破了原有材料依靠进口的现状 ,实现了包装材料的国产化 。 Design and application of Al compound packing film for lithium ion battery was described considering various special requirements, such as fabric composition, obstructing performance, heat sealing performance and ductibility. The cup forming and the wrapping/folding technologies, which are special for packing lithium batteries, was introduced. The design requirement that the various materials for inner heat sealing layer of packing film should be fit for the tab in heat sealing area during practical manufacture and application was also disussed. Moreover, the methods and ways for researching the material was analyzed and estimated. Development of the technology leads the packing film homemade and bring a great profit in manufacture.
