摘要
本文根据非线性有限元的基本理论 ,利用非线性有限元动力学方程的数值积分方法和三维五节点接触单元的接触算法、刚度矩阵和载荷列阵 ,通过非线性弹簧阻尼单元、接触单元等建立自行火炮发射过程的动力学非线性有限元模型 ,集中解决自行火炮的悬挂部分与地面之间的接触非线性问题 ,求解了车体的固有特性和非线性动态响应 。
The paper focuses on the contact algorithm, stiffness matrix and load vector of contact elements based on theory of nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA). The nonlinear FEA model of the vehicle body of a self-propelled gun when firing is established with the nonlinear spring-damper element, shell element, contact element etc. The inherent characteristic and dynamic response of vehicle body of the self-propelled gun upon firing are obtained by solving the problem of nonlinear contact between the suspension of the self-propelled gun and the earth.
