在炮弹的研制、生产中 ,其密集度战技指标是军方根据作战需要而制定的 ,但验收指标如何确定历来是军代表与工厂争论的焦点。目前尚无一能使双方都满意的确定方法 ,文中应用统计学理论 ,通过对现行验收指标的可靠性分析论证 ,提出一种军厂双方都能接受的、能满足战技指标要求的密集度验收指标的确定办法。

In the development and production of projectiles, delegate the tactic and technical target of dispersion accuracy is established according to the requirement of fighting by the military demonstration department. But how to specify a reasonable scheme of the acceptance for the dispersion accuracy always is put onto the contentious focus between Military Representative and the Military Factories. At the present, there is not any specified method yet that could be satisfactory to the both sides. The paper is referred to a specified way of the acceptance targets of dispersion accuracy with protects both the Military sides and the Factories ones, and meets the military and technical targets. The thesis is applied the theory of statistics, and proves by the current acceptance targets through the reliable analysis.
