摘要 水中近距超声波探测器用于深弹接近目标的探测和引爆。根据多卜勒频偏检测原理,该探测器由发射机、转换电路、接收机和信号处理电路构成,发射信号是设计的关键。其时钟产生电路采用1MHz晶体振荡器,产生500kHz超声波脉冲;分频控制电路以500kHz为填充频率的脉冲信号,经过同步检波后变为多卜勒频偏值,作为填充的脉冲信号;发射信号电路考虑与水听器匹配,采用双发射管并联结构。这种高频非周期窄脉冲信号,具有频率高、能耗小、波长短、绕射现象小、方向性好、发射器体积小等优点,特别适合应用于深弹复合引信中。 The underwater close-range ultrasonic detector be used for detecting and detonating when the depth charge is close to target. According to the principle of view the Doppler frequency detection, the detector makes up of the transmitter, the transfer circuit, receiver and signal processing circuit. The transmitted signal is the key of design. 1MHz crystalloid oscillator is used in generated circuit of clock, and 500kHz ultrasonic pulse is generated. The dividing frequency control circuit transforms from 500kHz filling pulse to the Doppler frequency difference after synchronous demodulation. The transfer circuit is designed with both parallel connection of transmitting tube. The high frequency aperiodic narrow pulse signal has some advantages of high frequency, less energy dissipation, small diffraction phenomenon, good directionality and small volume of transmitter, etc. It applies specially to the composite fuze in the depth charge,
