The Application of the Varying-Frequency Technique in the Drive System for Torch Cutter of Consecutive Casting

摘要 连铸火切机传动数字化交流变频调速系统用于对原直流模拟量调速系统的改造。该系统的硬件设备选用西门子MICRO MASTER系列交流变频器6SE3114-ODC40,由微处理器控制,采用交-直-交主回路,以PWM控制输出电压及频率。其软件设计选用变频器4个开关量输入端8、9、11、12端子,通过内部设置参数P041、P042、P051、P052,以PLC控制其二进制输入端电平。从而实现了连铸火切机大车和割枪的行走和调速控制。 The adjusting speed system with digital AC varying-frequency of torch cuter for consecutive casting was used in reforming DC analogue adjusting speed system. The system with using 6SE3114-ODC40 AC varying-frequency converter of MICRO MASTER series is controlled by microcomputer, which AC-DC-AC host circuit was applied, and PWM controls output voltage and frequency. The input terminals 8、9、11、12 of switching value of varying-frequency converter was used in the design of system software, in accordance to internal setting parameters P041、P042、P051、P052, PLC controls its input level of binary system, and so, adjusting speed control and drive control of the torch cutter was realized.
