摘要
对航空柱塞式液压泵配流副进行N+ 离子注入后 ,经 3种型号液压泵累计 2 4 0 0h的试车考核证实 ,离子注入技术可延长柱塞泵的寿命 75 %以上。
This paper presents the experimental results of implantion N + ion into working surface of the valve pair of aviation piston pumps by using complex implantation. It has been verified by 3 types of hydropump test running added up to 2?400?h that the running life of piston pump is increased by above 75%.
