Analysis and Countermeasure of the Quality Management System Effectiveness of an Enterprise

综述了企业质量管理体系持续有效要处理好的几个关系及制约因素。提出了企业获得认证后 ,保持体系持续有效的对策建议 ,并对质量管理体系建设的发展和创新进行了探讨。

In this paper,some relationships and the restrictive factors to be dealt with of an enter prise's quality management system effectiveness are briefly described.When the enterprise has passed certification,the suggestions and countermeasures about keeping constant effectiveness of the quality management system are proposed. Finally,some problems about development and innovation of the quality management system are investigated.
