摘要
本文对中国科技信息研究所和中国科学院文献情报中心 ,用科学计量法评估高校科技工作指标集的特点、功能及其应用进行了比较。前者的特点是指标集统计源宽、类别广 ,但排序跨度小 ;后者的特点是指标集统计源窄、类别少 ,但排序跨度大 ;前者适用于国家层次上的宏观考察 ,后者适用于微观评估 ;在高校科技评估中 。
This paper comparises the Characteristics, functions and applications between the two index systems of scientific metrical method, used respectively by China Institute of Sci-tech Information and the Centre of Literature and Information in China Academy, to evaluate sci-tech performance in Institituons of Higher Learning. The former Index system has a wide source of statistics, a great variety, and a short span of sequencing, and on the contrary is the latter. Thus the former is suitable for a macro-investigation at the nation's level, and the latter for micro-evaluation; the latter is superior to the former when used in the sequencing of colleges and universities.
