摘要
介绍了利用最短长度的轴对称拉伐尔喷管 ,在FD— 0 4D电弧加热器上对三维四向石英 /酚醛复合材料进行的驻点烧蚀实验 ,并利用多元线性回归分析的方法 ,拟和出材料的质量烧蚀率与气流总焓和驻点压力的关系式 ,即 mt=aHsbPsc。在一定的范围内 ,利用此关系式 ,可以很方便地计算出这种石英 /酚醛复合材料的质量烧蚀率。
This paper presents ablation experiments on three dimensional silica reinforced composites at the stagnation point performed in FD 04D arc heater with minimum length axisymmetric Laval nozzles, and relations between total mass loss rate of the material and total enthalpy and stagnation pressure using linear regression analysis. The relational expression is t=aH s bP s c . In a certain range, the mass loss rate of this type of silican reinforced composites can be easily calculated using this regression relation.
