新型玻璃工业窑炉微机控制系统与数值仿真研究

摘要 玻璃工业窑炉是玻璃工业生产中很重要的设备,而其控制技术极大的影响着玻璃产品的质量,燃料消耗,成本等。本文基于目前窑炉控制技术的基础上,以马蹄型蓄热式燃油窑炉为原型,采用微机进行控制,有较好的人机交流效果,操作简单,基本上实现了全自动控制,并可以进行手动/自动的无扰动切换,温度,压力等参数的越限报警。最后运用热工方法对温度场进行分析计算,与控制结果比较以便做出改进。该系统有一定的推广价值。 Glass furnace is the important equipment in the factory of glass. The control system of glass furnace has a significant influence on the quality of glass, saving of energy, environment protection and the cost. The computer control system in the paper is on the base of the current control technology and there have some research for the U-flame furnace and good communication between the operator and computer. The system is simple and convenient on operation, at the same time it realizes the basic task of control, has the easy change between the manual and automatic control and has the alarm when the temperature and the pressure of the furnace are out of the range. In the end the temperature characteristics are to be analyzed and simulated on the view of the heat equivalents in order to improve the control system. The system has some value for the use widely.
