本文在Microsoft Visual C++5.0的环境下，讨论了利用串口通信线程类CSerialPort，实现在控制中心的上位计算机与控制各个功能设备的下位计算机之间进行命令及文件传送时的程序设计，很好地解决了遥控、遥测系统中进行实际命令及文件传送的实际需求。
