长茎金耳环化学成分的研究(一)

Studies on the Chemical Constitutents of Asarum longerhizomatosum C. F. Liang et C. S. Yang

目的 :对长茎金耳环根及根茎的化学成分进行研究。方法 :溶剂法和色谱法分离 ,波谱法鉴定结构。结果 :从乙醇提取物的石油醚可溶部分分离到 5个化合物 ,细辛脑 (Ⅰ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅱ ) ,2 ,4,5 三甲氧基苯甲醛 (Ⅲ ) ,4 (2 ,4,5 三甲氧基苯基 ) 3 烯 丁酮 (Ⅳ ) ,3β 羟基豆甾 5 烯 7 酮 (Ⅴ )。 结论 :均为首次从该植物中分离得到 ,Ⅳ为新天然产物。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the roots and rhizomes of Asarum longerhizomatosum .Method:Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate the constituents and elucidate their structures.Result:Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the roots and rhizomes, and identified as asarone(Ⅰ),β sitosterol(Ⅱ),2,4,5 trimethoxybenzaldehyde(Ⅲ),4 (2,4,5 trimethoxyphenyl) 3 en butylone(Ⅳ) and 3β hydroxystigmast 5 en 7 one(Ⅴ).Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time, and Ⅳ is a new natural product.
