摘要
目的 :分离、鉴定芸香科植物柚的果皮中的化学成分。方法 :常压柱色谱、制备薄层等分离纯化 ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR等鉴定结构。结果 :分离得到 4个化合物 ,分别为meranzinhydrate(Ⅰ ) ,roseoside(Ⅱ ) ,8 (3 β D 葡萄糖氧基 2 羟基 3 甲基丁基 ) 7 甲氧基香豆素 (Ⅲ )及葡萄糖 (Ⅳ )。结论 :Ⅱ为首次从该植物中得到的类胡萝卜素类化合物 ,其余均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective:To isolate the chemical constituents of the peelings of Citrus grandis and determine their structure.Method:Column chromatography and PTLC were applied to isolating and purifing the chmical constituents, and 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR were used to elucidate their structure.Result:4 compounds were isolated as meranzin hydrate(1),roseoside(2),8 (3 β D syl 2 hydrox 3 methylbutyl) 7 methoxycoumarin(3) and glucose(4).Conclusion:Compound 2 was isolated as a carotenoid from this genus for the first time.
