中西医结合治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症43例

Treatment of 43 Cases of Cholestasis during Pregnancy with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

目的 评价中西医结合治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效。方法 2组同用西药常规治疗 ,治疗组加服复方茵陈糖浆。结果 治疗组显效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组治疗后与治疗前及对照组治疗后相比 ,血清甘胆酸、AKP、ALT均有显著改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of cholestasis during pregnancy with traditional Chinese Medicine combined with western medicine. METHOD Routine western medicine treatment was given to both groups. The treatment group also took Compound Oriental Wormwood Syrup. RESULT The markedly effective rate obtained in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group ( P <0.01). Great changes were detected in serum glycocholic acid, AKP and ALT in the control group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION The combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine can increase the clinical therapeutic effect of cholestasis during pregnancy.
