涤痰祛瘀方配合化疗治疗脑转移瘤30例

Treatment of 30 Cases of Metastatic Encephaloma with Prescription for Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis Combined with Chemotherapy

目的 观察涤痰祛瘀方配合化疗治疗脑转移瘤的疗效。方法 将涤痰祛瘀方配合化疗治疗脑转移瘤 30例 (治疗组 )与单纯化疗组 (对照组 ) 30例患者进行近期疗效、临床症状体征变化、血液流变学、生存期方面的比较。结果 治疗组在抑制癌灶发展、减轻临床症状、改善患者的血液高粘状态、提高生存率等方面均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 涤痰祛瘀方配合化疗治疗脑转移瘤能提高癌灶抑制率 ,改善患者临床症状 。

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of metastatic encephaloma with the prescription for removing phlegm and blood stasis combined with chemotherapy. METHOD Comparison was made in short term therapeutic effect, clinical changes in the symptoms and signs, blood rheology and survival period between 30 patients in the treatment group treated with the prescription for removing phlegm and blood stasis combined with chemotherapy and another 30 patients in the control group treated with chemotherapy only. RESULT The therapeutic effect in inhibiting the growth of the foci, relieving clinical symptoms, improving high blood viscosity and increasing the survival rate is far more satisfactory in the treatment group than in the control group ( P <0.05,China). CONCLUSION The prescription for removing phlegm and blood stasis combined with chemotherapy used in the treatment of metastatic encephaloma can increase the rate of inhibiting cancerous foci, improve clinical symptoms and prolong the survival period.
