助产士在先天性髋关节脱位早期诊断中的重要性

Midwife's Role in Early Diagnosis of Congenitally Dislocation of Hips in Neonate

目的 探讨助产士在先天性髋关节脱位早期诊断中的重要性。方法 通过对 6 0 0例新生儿常规行髋关节检查 ,共检出 4例先天性髋关节脱位及 2例先天性髋关节发育不良患儿 ;另收集 15例在我院骨科治疗的学龄前先天性髋关节脱位患儿 (1周岁以上 ) ,比较其疗效、治疗费用及治疗周期。结果 发现新生儿先天性髋关节脱位早期确诊者可取得最佳疗效 ,而其治疗费用及周期却明显低于中晚期才发现的先天性髋关节脱位者。结论 新生儿期是诊断和治疗先天性髋关节脱位的黄金时间 ,只要能早期发现 ,早期治疗 ,其预后是理想的。病儿年龄越大 ,治疗越困难。故应对新生儿常规行简单易行的髋关节检查 ,以便早期发现新生儿髋关节异常患儿 ,必须发挥助产士在新生儿先天性髋关节脱位早期诊断中的作用。

Objective To investigate the midwife's role in the early diagnosis of congenitally dislocation of the hips in neonate.Method 600 neonates whose hips were examinated.2 neonates with congenitally dislocation of the hips and 3 neonates with congenitally hip dysphasia were detected.15 children (less than 6-years-old) with congenitally dislocation of the hip by operation were collected as late diagnosis group.Curative effect,expense and time of treatment were compared.Result The finding demonstrated that the expense and time in the treatment of the neonate is few than the children,Curative effect were superior to the children.Conclusion Neonate is a golden time for treating congenitally dislocation of the hip.The older the child is,the more difficult the treatment is.Neonate's hip must be checked.It is the midwife who plays an important role in the early diagnosis congenitally dislocation of the hip.
