比塔派克斯糊剂治疗感染根管的临床观察

Evaluation of Vitapex paste in root canal therapy for infected permanent teeth

目的 :观察比塔派克斯 (Vitapex)糊剂在感染根管治疗中疗效。方法 :选择患慢性根尖周炎的恒牙15 9个 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别充填 Vitapex糊剂、氧化锌丁香油糊剂及氧化锌丁香油加碘仿糊剂 ,观察其临床近期疗效。结果 :Vitapex糊剂充填组术后反应明显轻于其它两组 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,超充糊剂 3个月复查时吸收率高于其它两组 (P<0 .0 1) ,而一年愈合率 3组间无明显差别 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :Vitapex糊剂应用于感染根管的充填近期疗效优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂 ,而一年复查效果无明显差别。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Vitapex in root canal therapy (RCT) for infected permanent teeth.Methods:159 permanent teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis were treated by RCT, and the canals were filled with Vitapex (in 54 teeth),ZOE (in 52 teeth) and ZOE plus iodoform (in 53 teeth) respectively.The effects were evaluated by clinical and radiological observation.Results:The ratio (%) of apical tissue reaction in 3 days following RCT in the group of Vitapex,ZOE and ZOE plus iodoform was 14.8,59.6 and 50.9 (P<0.005),the absorption ratio (%) of the over filled pastes 3 months after RCT in the three groups was 91.4,55.0 and 59.1 (P<0.01,Vitapex vs ZOE or ZOE plus iodoform);the effectiveness ration (%) 1 year after RCT was 90.7,76.9 and 83.0 (P>0.05) respectively.Conclusion:Vitapex is effective in the treatment of infected root canals.
