黄芪四物汤治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of Huangqisiwu decoction on viral myocarditis

目的 观察自拟黄芪四物汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法７０例病毒性心肌炎患者分为２组，治疗组４０例运用黄芪四物汤，每日 １剂，浓煎２遍，共取汁６００ｍｌ，分早晚２次，空腹各温服３００ｍｌ，并配合极化液、病毒唑、能量合剂、抗生素、维生素Ｃ静脉点滴，２０日为 １个疗程。对照组３０例除不用黄芪四物汤外，其它用药及疗程同治疗组。结果 治疗组总有效率９５％；对照组总有效率６３．３３％，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 黄芪四物汤治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Huangqisiwu decoction on viral myocarditis. Methods Seventy patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two group: In the treatment group ( n = 40) , the patients were treated by Huangqisiwu decoction with combination of routine medicines including polarization liquid,ribavirin,energy mixture,antibiotics, vitamin C etc.In the control group ( n =30) ,the patients were treated only by routine medicine. The therapeutic course was 20 days in both groups. Results The total effective rate (95%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (63.22%, P <0.05).No side effects were found in the treatment group.Conclusions Huangqisiwu decoction is a more effective method on the treatment of viral myocarditis.
