目的:探讨去痛片含量测定的紫外分光光度法。方法:采用BP网络光度法结合吸光度减法技术测定去痛片中咖啡因和苯巴比妥二组分的含量。结果:二组分的平均回收率及RSD分别为100。3%,1。5%;100。1%,1。3%。结论:本法简便,准确。

Objective:To study an UV spectrophotometry for the determination of qutongpian。Methods:BP network spectrophotometry with absorbance substraction technique was selected to determine the caffeine and phenobarbitial in qutongpian。Results:The average recoveries of the two component were 100.3% and 100.1%,with RSD 1.5% and1.3%,respectively。Conclusion:The method was proved to be simple and accurate。
