尼莫地平与川芎素联合治疗偏头痛的远期疗效观察

The long-term curative effect of migraine treated with Nimodipine and Chuanqiongsu

提要 目的:为了研究尼莫地平与川芎素治疗偏头痛的远期疗效。方法:回顾性分析30例尼莫地平与川芎素治疗偏头痛患者(A组)的临床资料。另选择30例心得安治疗偏头痛的作为对照组(B组)。结果:A组有效率96.7%,B组有效率33.3%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:尼莫地平与川芎素治疗偏头痛有非常显著的远期疗效。

Objective: To study the long-term curative effects of migraine treated with Nimodipine and Chuanqiongsu. Method: We analysed retrospectively the clinical data of thirty patients treated with Nimodipine and Chuanqiongsu (group A) and another thirty patients were treated with propranolol as control group (group B). Result: The curative effect of group A was 96.7% and that of group B was 33.3%, with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Nimodipine and Chuanqiongsu have significant long-term curative effects on migraine.
