摘要 本文阐述了利用水在固液相变时可以放出或吸收大量潜热的性质,以水为基质储存和利用寒冷季节的冷资源,用于生鲜农产品等节能贮藏的用途。主要介绍了各种利用冷资源系统的原理、特点和研究现状,分析了利用冷资源贮藏果蔬系统在我国开发应用的前景。 The water has a useful property that it can release or absorb great amount of latent heat. energy during the phase change between the ice and the water. So, we can use water as thecooling resources in the winter time and to store the vegetables and fruits in the warm seasons.The paper describes the principles, features and recent status of researches on the storage and utilization system of this cooling resources in the winter for the long - term vegetable storage in the warm seasons.The paper also analyses the significance and the bright future of this system in China .
